Woke at 216.2, down 1.0 from yesterday. Stayed up late watching movies. I feel pretty good today. UPDATE: Went out and did some yard work and pool maintenance and came in at 215.4 and 29.1 percent body fat. UPDATE: Wrapped up the day at 216.0 at 6 pm. I feel much better today.
