G'Morning FS friends🌞 Just wanted to point out that there's more than 1 way to burn a calorie. On the days that I don't 'exercise', I try to increase my NEAT calories burned, and yet give my body a chance to rest & recover a bit. It might not seem like much...but every little thing helps, right?? I've already had an extra protein shake this morning, in an effort to bring my calories up. It's always nice to see a 'loss' but I need to find the magic number of calories FOR ME that will keep me stable & healthy. Have a most wonderful day! A lot of times when people say they broke their metabolism, it’s actually from them being smaller, the body is less animated(you’ll notice this when you’re running on low cals vs high cals) and you’re just tired and your neat drops. All of which contributes to less energy consumption

Thank you so much bearnoggin💕 It took me over a year, I followed the guidelines of losing about 1-2 lbs/week and tracked every bite I ate to insure a calorie deficit. Plus, I got lots of support here on FS💙
