146 pounds! I haven’t weighed that since college days back in the late 80s! But according to my height and age I’m still bordering the overweight category. My range is 135 - 140 for healthy weight. So the charts say.

You look fabulous!! I love your smile!! Have you ever had a body fat scan? Looking at your activities, you appear pretty active, and from your picture I would not (IN A MILLION YEARS) dare call you overweight. Sometimes those tables lie, lol. But seriously, maybe look into getting a BF scan to get a better picture of what's going on with your BF, muscle mass, bone density, etc. Great work!!

You have done a great job. Play with maintenance for a while and then reassess whether you are satisfied with where you are.

I’m 5’4” age 53 JC. Menopause was YEARS ago. Most charts say 146 is still overweight. Hmmmmm @Allegra, that sounds like a good idea! My original goal was 145, and I’m making sure I eat plenty of protein to maintain muscle but I still have some belly fat!! Heard it’s the last to go. Might try to get to 140 then go into maintenance.
