THE DAILY LIGHT EXERCISES AND LIGHT WALKING IS MAKING THE DIFFERENCE.
THE WEIGHT LOSS AT THIS TIME IS IRRELEVANT TO ME.
I FEEL STRONG AND HEALTHY - SO MUCH BETTER.
THERE ARE DIFFERING WAYS TO "MEASURE" THINGS
- A BETTER LIFESTYLE IS ONE OF THEM
- BETTER CHOICES IS ANOTHER
- GETTING YOURSELF IS ONE
- GLEANING SUSTENANCE FROM YOUR OWN SUCCESS IS ANOTHER
- MEASURING UP TO YOUR OWN EXPECTATIONS IS EMPOWERMENT
EVEN IF ALL OF THE NUMBERS LINE UP TO YOUR OWN EXPECTATIONS
IT STILL DOES NOT CHANGE THE SIZE OF YOUR OWN BATHROOM.

Thank you Crystal - I did not lose much wight this month - during my 145 maintenance program - however the measurements went down around my ubust and my biceps and my thighs all decreased - and I have to admit that I do now believe that even with a minimum amount of "exercise"and movement - a body can show a slight decrease in size. Who would have thunk it, eh! This is another miracle. (changing my own mind is enlightening)

AND --- since you having some pain at this time --- DO NOT worry your pretty little head about "exercising" right now --- I will exercise twice as much and so ... I got you covered. As long as one of us is there - we all are.

So today is Sunday and it is my day for the pain - oh well - I am so proud of my little tiny bicep - I keep flexing and looking at it. I cannot believe that actually worked.

Ruh-rohhh (in my best Scooby voice)...maybe a 'rest day' is in order? You've been gallavanting all over town (a most remarkable feat!) and flexing that awesome bicep so much 💪, that you've gone and hurt yourself!😖
