I am staying the course
Staying in the rut
- measurements are exactly the same
actually I will have to check again
but my waist was down by half an inch - IDK
but I will measure it again.
My clothes fit good - I am eating in a healthier manner
and very careful of my portions -
trying to met my macros - and eat a variety to gain nutrition...
there is such a thing a WtHR ---- Waist to Height Ratio
a better determination for metabolic health concerns...
So the ratio should be - Your waist should be half of your height...
My height is 64 inches and my waist is 31.5
so am in the healthy zone in BMI - WHR and WtHR
those are differing medical measuring diagnostic "tools"
used to determine the person's initial state of health.
I am "Normal Healthy" (what a strange statement that is!)

Happy Thanksgiving Day - Canada
I am doing really well - just maintaining every day ... getting lots of sleep.
Having my "usual" standard breakfast just makes it easier every day ...
I really do not care so much about the food ... as long as I get my coffee.
I am active every day - moving things around and myself as well.
Walking on the beach and back and forth in camping mode...
carrying water and lighting fires and ...
I am going to roast 2 marshmallows - maybe even 3,
Beautiful here ... blue sky big fluffy clouds
and this morning - 4 rainbows in the sky - I have never seen that before.

Fishermen and campers and visitors all over ...
even had a morning drug bust in the parking lot...
not really violent at all ---
they just forgot that they were driving and stopped
with the truck running and both went to sleep in the middle of the road.
It was a bit boring - but lots of people took photos of them sleeping.
Then the police came and hauled them both away and all of the bags of drugs
and towed away the truck .... "yawn"
Just another day in the life.
Too funny.

OH ohhh - Maintenance plunder!!!
Measurement Day tomorrow we will see how that goes -
still fitting nicely into size 10 jeans
but I thought I felt a little muffin top today.
OH ohhh "Stinky" is in trouble again.

Walked several times today and also went shopping.
Sat atthe beach three times and for dinner
had a fire ban "fireless" hot dog wiener roast
and two fire ban "fireless" roasted marshmallows...raw straight up.
No Beach Fires allowed right now ---- AWWWW --- Now I am sad!
I just ate without have the fire - no roasting - I am sick & tired of waiting.
It has been months since anyone was permitted to have a beach fire.
Raw wieners and raw marsh mellows - that is correct.
The Sunrise was just spectacular this morning - beauty beyond words!

Now I am at Timmies having a late night "snack" and it is not even 9:30 pm yet!
Potato wedges and a Chai tea - (nummy - my new favourite)
I have been so very busy - with the Van prep and moving stuff all over....
I am exhausted but content and have not been logging and tomorrow we begin again.
Tomorrow morning - Day One of "Real Van Life" - Eating in the Van-
one egg and our regular 4 saltines with 1 T Peanut Butter -
2 coffee and half an apple - it has to be!!!

I am just maintaining - and good with it.
Trying to eat on healthier food choice - day by day
and I have been slipping because I seriously increased my proteins.
I pickled salmon and eating that - egg most every day - beans - lots of beans
very little beef and no pork with a bit of chicken - here and there.

I have been walking every day - most parts of the day - active.
I am taking on a huge life change moment ... I am going "vanning"
and I am considering buying a boat to anchor in a bay ...
yah - so I can row a boat back and forth - for my vegies
and maybe catch and smoke a salmon.
ALWAYS REMEMBER - the only reason that I lost 70 pounds
and got out of the unhealthy obese BMI WAS so that I could keep smoking!!!

I am sitting at Tim Hortons right now - having my two 50 cal donuts timbits
and my coffee - I already ate my fibre and I am also going to eat an apple
then I am going to call it a day - and get a good night's sleep.
It has been a very busy day!!!
