OK... If you can do it, so can I.
I know I need to make myself do whatever is necessary get stronger. I have had both knees replaced 4 years ago. I'm down for 80# in the last 2.5 years. Mobility is fairly good even with scar tissue in the left one. Most people have no idea that I've had it done. I need to develop core strength so I can get up without getting on my knees.

Great little chart! As for getting down on the floor, not going to happen. Last time I did that was when I dropped my phone and it slid under the stove. Once I retrieved it, I thought I was going to have to call 911 to get me up again.

Well...I got another diagnosis today (osteoporosis) that doesn't recommend most of the exercises on that chart! But I'm doing research to find the ones that WILL work!!💪💪
