Greetings my Buddies!
I am so happy to be getting back to my routine after a business trip and out of town visitors!
Had a decent return to the gym this morning. For those of you keeping track, the person who won the 30 Day Healthy Living Challenge got $1000 - it was not me!
Now, I am going to do HELL WEEK at Orange Theory Fitness and we ALL get a T-shirt. HELL WEEK is 5 workouts in a 7 day period and the workouts all week are extended and intensified! Woo-Hoo! I hope I can do it. The T-shirt says, "I survived HELL WEEK."
Keeping up with exercise seems to be most important...and trying hard to maintain my good food program, too. In the New Year, I might get a nutritional consult to see what I can do to actually start losing weight again. I have not really lost weight in one year but feeling well and doing better each day also is valuable to me.
The word of the week is COURAGEOUS.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.
