Im back at gym...somedays it feels good and others it feels hard! Today is so so. I am holding steady with weight but am definetly losing muscle..why does ut take so long to build and 2 days to lose it!?!

Getting back into the routine can be difficult, but you'll settle back in soon. You may feel out of shape, but you look terrific. 🍁

Mermee, my mom has a good day and then 2 or 3 not so good days. She is 94 and Dr basically said her body is slowly shutting down. She gets depressed and I know she is worried about me. I hated telling her about my heart issues but had to when I was in ER on her bd. She knew I wouldn't miss it...Thank u for kind comments. How are you? How are the sweet Twinkies? Hope all is well!

Petra, Cindy, ccandco, and 60pack, thank you. It was a struggle to get through an hour class but I did it. I had to put down weight bar during squat track but used a 10lb plate and body weight.

So proud of you, girl!!! You look wonderful! The muscles will remember, like 60pack says. You don't have to be Wonderwoman to be fit and strong... Remember that!

Erq, my cardiologist is a man if few words..I'm considering finding a new one..but..he did say working out was ok on days I feel ok...today is not one of those days..💜

Erq, thank u for Dr recommendation. That was so caring of you and I really appreciate you! I googled Dr Li and it said his office was permanently closed. There is a number so I will try to see if it's open. I also have an appointment with my regular Dr to see about getting another referral. 💜💜💜

Erq, thank u! I'm gonna call to check him out. Both yesterday and today nausea is off the charts. I can't function when I'm like that....a friend of mine, who is an anesthesiologist recommended Dr Anthony Dota. Gonna check him out as well. Thank u again!!

Erq, that's Vegas for you...Drs here are not the best.. I'm going to get referral to Dr Anthony Dota. He got 5star reviews and 2 of my Doctor friends raved about him. Thanks for checking it out for me!💜💜💜
