Greetings my buddies!
Well, I have been a little lost the last week! Work was overwhelming and I was incredibly busy with housecleaning so we could come home to a clean home after a short vacation trip this week!
We are not slobs...but can really let things go enough that it becomes a major chore to mop all the floors, vacuum, scrub the bathrooms, etc. I HATE it. It burns calories, but I HATE it.
We are in Las Vegas starting today until Thursday. WTF - why Vegas in July when it is 115 degrees you ask? Good question.
It is my dear husband's 65th birthday and he wanted to visit some western ghost towns in...you guessed it...Nevada! I arranged the trip as a birthday surprise for him!
I am at the indoor pool/spa by day and in air conditioned hotels in the evening! I will continue to try to eat better, and plan to exercise twice while here.
Next year when I turn 60 in May...we will NOT be going to Nevada!
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
