King baby. Eats like Abalone. Doesn't quite have the flavor but with clam broth it's close.

Always have to trouble keeping fresh after a day. Cooked all the tops, so not to waste it.

Certainly not porcini, not with these colors. Thinking about it not sure there's one bolet with a white stipe.

Unless I go to a specialty market, I generally find fresh King, Portabella, Enoki, Shiitake in my markets.
