Looks better than it taste. It's very healthy. Hard to cook low sodium. Only sodium on the plate is kimchi. When I go no sodium my skin is like a baby's bottom.
No meat, No spices for a month I smell like aloe. Not maintainable, b/c I'm a omnivore, saltiholic, spice addict. Working my way to a plainer cooking style but still make it taste good.
I like steamed whole fish, Ginger, Scallion Canton style. But requires sourcing, fresh ocean catch of the day.
🙂Hot pot season coming up. My friends & I love hot pot. Prep for an hour, all the cooking is done at the table. Hot pot for days. Easy to do hot pot for one or two., or more. Induction units are best.
