Awww 🥰 

This is my quiet time. Every living thing my house is still sleeping. Did some morning stretches to get muscles warmed up. Stopped when squishy fat got stuck between ribcage. Ouch😓😅 

Opened my eyes this am. Did a mental scan of aches. Everything is at a tolerable level except for the heel pain. Acute pain stops me in my tracks. It's exhausting, there's no pain meds to fix this. Just have to work/excercise through it. The most annoying acute pain at the moment is plantar fasciitis & wart at the most inconvenient spot. Pls ignore this canky pants b#$$%%g here😠 I'm done, thx for reading. 

I’m a morning person. Love it when I have quiet time in the morning. Hope you will feel better.  

Ouch! That's a little tough to get going and get into a rhythm if plantar fascists is there all the time. What's the treatment? 

Awwww, your doggo has a sweet face. Sorry to hear about the plantar fasciitis. Nasty stuff.

Thx all for concern. Just my routine, Walk, recover. Walk, recover, standing. Cure is don't stand on it : P Temporary fix is reflexology, massage. 

I call her H. She has a face of an angel when sleeping. Her real name is trouble. She sneaky & has a sense of British humor. Loves to test the boundaries all the time. 

Oh my, cuteness overload 💞💞💞💞 

ACBellerose, my dog also has the face of an angel and yet, she is a terrible terrier puppy. I must keep my eyes on her all the time!
