After a more reasonable 2300 calorie day yesterday (with almost a 500 calorie deficit), I evened out somewhat the 400 calorie surplus of the day before. Got a 209.8 waking weigh in, which would have lowered by 2-3 lbs. if I had done my morning walk. Unfortunately (for this purpose), we are traveling today and I'll be in a car. We also will be enjoying a nice party/reunion where we are going, so will take that into account. More drinks for sure! Almost done with vacation, so will be able to start working hard on getting back into the 190s this coming Wednesday. Enjoy the weekend!
