Got a nice 200.8 for a morning weigh in. I thought that boded well for the possibility of hitting 199.8 pre-dinner. I based that on yesterday's 201.2 reading in the morning and subsequent 202.0 reading pre-dinner. So my thought was, 200.8 in the morning, maybe back up to 201.6 to 202.0 pre-dinner, and then an hour on the treadmill to try to get as close to 199.8 as possible. Posted that scenario this morning and got a lot of great support from my friends up here.
Ate about 740 calories during the day, went to vote (Maryland primaries), and got home at about 7:30. Hopped on the scale and got a 202.0 reading. A little high, but I ate more today then I did yesterday. Got on the treadmill and put in a solid hour of work. Hopped in the pool to cool off, grabbed a shower, and at 9:18, stepped onto the Tanita...
Did not trust the first reading because I thought it was too low. Stepped off and back on. Same thing. Did it twice more. I believed it the fourth time: 199.0! Made it to the 190s two days earlier than my two-year anniversary on FatSecret! Thanks to all my pals up here for the support.
