Yes the scale is finally moving! At 500-600 calories a day, it should. lol My success is definitely attributed to logging everything I eat in. I measure and weigh everything. Sounds OCD but it keeps me accountable. My Fat Secret is the bomb! I'm drinking more water and increasing activity. If you're honest and track all the items in FS your weight has no where to go but DOWN. I'm sticking to it and losing this dag gone COVID weight.
