Weight up, haven't logged on in twelve days. BUSY, but not too busy to get back on track. This has to truly be a lifetime commitment if I want to reach my goal before July. No more of this losing and gaining the same 5lbs. Ate crappy today, will do better tomorrow, and the next day and the next, and the next.....:) I'm ready, I'm set and I'm off to a healthy lifestyle!
