So, ate 730 calories all day before dinner and hopped on the scale to track a downward slide and... 219.4! Up .2 pounds from this morning! Also, crazy high water, muscle mass, and bone weight. Crazy low fat percentage and metabolic age. Will do a post-dinner treadmill workout and see if we lose some of that water weight in the fat cells. Freaky numbers!
