Lower middle of weight window so no change in set weight. Upper body is pretty weak and legs-core pretty strong...near alltime best bike fitness from mid January to present. Transitioning from outside ski season to outside bike & golf season over the last three weeks with indoor bike trainer sessions still going year-round.
