Fasting blood sugar 136/ weight 167 Plan IF/keto/exercise Back to riding my exercise bike today. Been a while since I did that. Need to reestablish the habit. Also need to get back to paying myself for eating less calories, $1 for each day I am below 1000 calories and 50 cents for each day I'm below my RDI of 1205. That does seem to encourage me to eat more mindfully. I ate my share of veggies today! Salad, tomato, and egg for lunch. Supper was veggie plate with eggs and cottage cheese.
