Still struggling a bit with some of the calisthenics exercises, such as plank and dead hang. Mostly, my arms give out before my core does, which means my arms are kind of weak. Also, I weigh more than I ever used to. I'm determined this time to see this through. I do 20 minutes of HIIT on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Not so easy, but I actually completed the whole exercise yesterday.
