I woke at 229.3, up .3 from yesterday, as my body adapts to the new calorie intake. Definitely feeling some changes due to the all-veggie and nut diet. Three more days at 800 calories of those. Feeling great. UPDATE: Got to 227.8 by 5 pm. The weight is not dropping off, but it will come.
