Wow, trying to tune out the unsolicited advice from a "friend" who has a number of health challenges and is overweight. I know she means well, or does she? I work hard on not hurting her feelings, however, I'm getting to the end of my rope with the, "It doesn't take all of that, and you don't need to follow any meal plan, just do you, you will get to your goal." Hmmm, I'm learning who I can and can not share my journey with. Thank you Fatsecret participants for being a sounding board as well as a place I can always find some positive energy. Be well.
