Fasting a.m. blood sugar 132; weight 167.3 Plan: Keto/IF/exercise/skip breakfast Skipping breakfast seems to be easiest for me even though it is my favorite meal. I can always eat breakfast at lunch. Measured yesterday: have lost 3 inches in hips, 3 1/2 inches in waist since July. Yeay! I was surprised! Stayed with grandkids this afternoon while son and D-i-L went back to work. Drank green tea all afternoon. By time I got back home glucose had dropped to 79 so ate a few hard candies while I cooked supper. Trying to follow Dr. Bernard's two week keto diet. Made egg & cheese muffins for lunch and Keto cheeseburger salad for supper. Will have planned-overs for meals tomorrow. Paid myself $ today for eating less than 1000 calories. Macros 25/58/17; 739 calories; fiber 4.4; net carbs 44.09; net kcals -1682
