A.M. blood sugar, after breakfast 146; weight 169.7
Plan: Keto/exercise
Definitely time to buckle down again. Holidays are over! Forgot to check blood sugar until after breakfast. Spent most of the day with grandkids. Didn't earn $ today, but did pay myself 50 cents for eating less than RDI. Rode exercise bike 40 minutes, arm exercises with weights 25 minutes. Bedtime glucose 86.
