oof, those guns!! I wouldn't want to mess with you 😆 have you tried any Krav Maga? I really want to try it, apparently you get really fit and strong and mo matter what size you are you can use someone's strength against them. plus it looks really cool

No I haven't tried it. I do teach Piloxing which has some boxing in it 🙂

It's pilates, boxing, and dance, after the standing work we follow it with floor work which is booty then abs. It's so fantastic. I love it.
