Hi from winter land. Maintaining is going fine. I was up to 113 after being down to 110.5 about a week ago. Struggling a bit with the occasional stress eating episode. But have managed to reign it in. I have learned from my previous maintenance fail. I do have to weigh EVERY DAY and that is helping to course correct. Making chili today so looking forward to that. Exercise is harder with winter but I had a nice run yesterday. We had great winterfog and it was very pretty

This is so beautiful. We seldom get such beauty in north Texas, although we get an ice storm now and then in winter. This makes me nostalgic for my teenage years in Idaho.

Hope you don't mind, but could you Westerners keep the snow this year? 🤪 It "looks" beautiful, but I'm done shoveling and shivering. Glad you're able to maintain.
