Sweet Marie, that's the key....you can eat the foods you love if you are watching portion size. I could have reduced the portion size of this meal & maybe had a veggie or salad on the side. I had the calories to spare so I was good. Hubby got up to see if there was more for seconds but I said I cooked just enough. He wasn't still hungry....he just thought it tasted good 😋
