1/8/19 depressed at my heaviest 135. 8/4/20 on right 125. I gained 6 pds.from goal of 119 reached 11/5/19 from weight lifting and quarantine but no longer depressed. Scales are just #’s. Mental health is #1 exercise helps depression!
