Officially a month and I was only able to loose 2.5 pounds. I’m a slow looser and I’m already small, so I consider it a win. My goal is 4.5 pounds by 10/09. Cheers to those who take it day you day.

So I got stuck 3rd week and as we round up my first month of coming back to calorie counting, I finally feel light. I’m very hopeful that with the added workouts I can reach my goal of 4 pounds lost this month by 9/1.
