I can't believe this. Late night, HUGE meal (even with flan AND donuts) and the scale didn't budge a decimal point!
As hard as I worked yesterday, whatever gain there is, it's definitely a good one! Did high-speed bench presses and a lot of them yesterday and I'm really feeling it today! 😍
