Hello all, just had lunch....being careful of hidden carbs...like in lemon juice....will get a ketosis monitor thingy...
What i've seen in just a few days, my arthritis in hands and knee , swelling has gone, and there is no pain....iam ecstatic......will go for a walk, late afternoon...i think this week, as it is my first true keto week, ill skip the exercise, and just let my body get into ketosis.....also, i took measurements, of my arms, waist bust, thighs, hips.....funny thing is i'm not hungry, so that helps...

Yeah ... there can be some good benefits from lowering carbs. Glad to hear that is working well for you. Are you going full carnivore?

Yes i'm going full carnivore...beef, lamb, eggs, bacon.....no dairy

Low ER carb has just worked for me too but NOT with a calorie deficit included. Think I lost some muscle mass. Love my lean but I’m back to 1800+ calories and would prob do more calories and lifting on a regular schedule if I had the chance.
