Woke at 223.6, down 3.6 from yesterday. I did not eat much yesterday but I got a lot of exercise and did some drinking. Today I fasted until 1 pm, then had a protein coffee, a large salad, some cheese, and salami. UPDATE: Took a nice late nap and got up at 6 pm. Weighed 223.2 before dinner. Made omelets for Denise and me.
