Woke at 225.6, down 1.2 from yesterday. Fasting until 6:30 but I have a business dinner late in the day. I think I can get a steak there. UPDATE: I got a steak and THEN some! Carmines only serves "family style," which means each entree feeds 3-4. I had a massive Porterhouse, served with sausages and peppers. It was amazing, but I ate about a pound of it and brought the rest home. But I only weighed 225.8, which means I must have lost a lot before dinner. When I got home, I ate the last cup of cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving. Had I done the math in advance, I might have tossed it out -- 440 calories and 100 grams of carbs! I bypassed all the bread and pasta at dinner just to blow it on some cranberries. Oh well, they are gone for another year.
