The bread has slipped back in. Not going to lie, I just ignore my goals and eat it.
Back at it starting now. Weigh in tomorrow is going to be bad. Drinking water today, shoveling out my driveway tonight. My driveway is about 50 feet by 50 feet, so maybe I will get half of it done, then the 40 feet of walkway. I will be tired then!

Going to look for some soups with no pasta or rice or potatoes. Maybe will end up making my own. I do have turkey soup and fish soup for the week.

Wow, is it only Tuesday? Happy Tuesday everybody!

I don't miss having turkey on Thanksgiving because it isn't my favorite, but I do miss the turkey soup that comes from the leftovers. My mom would make it every year. I think I'm going to make a turkey at Christmas time... a very small one, just so I have the leftovers to make soup.

I’m right there with you. I have slacked off for about two months now. I’m getting back in the gym today. It’s OK to fall off we just got to get back on the horse and keep riding.

Good luck with the bread! It's easy to have more than we like this time of year. I am fortunate that I don't care that much for pasta or rice but I do like potatoes in my chicken and vegetable soup!
