December: No alcohol. Record everything, double up on vegetables. No potatoes, rice, corn, pasta. Limited bread - I have croissants that I love that I will fit into my daily count. Trying not to stress that I haven't been to the gym as much as I would like (i.e., not at all in weeks) but I think focusing on healthy eating this month will be the ticket. If I lose 4 pounds this month, that will be 12 pounds since my high of 170 in August. Very doable. Dancing tonight. Gym tomorrow. Packing Wednesday, hopefully the packing boxes will come by then or I can pick some up. Dancing Thursday maybe, but definitely Friday, Saturday, and then in the gym on Sunday. Didn't make it to the new gym but I will - the new gym will be between my office and my new house. House inspection today, and mortgage paperwork. Ack. Can you say stress? Happy Monday y'all!
