Even though I have been dieting faithfully, I am afraid to get on the scale. If it doesn't indicate a weight loss, I will be devastated and loose motivation (I know me!). BUT I will get on it again this weekend. I am going to weigh myself every Sunday, rather than daily.
Heck, I know I haven't gained and just maintaining a one lb loss is a victory.
SOOOOOOO - we shall see what Sunday brings!! Either a smile or a frown. I will post one of them..
AND remembering to hit the gym more often is a plus too!!

Good job, Gail. Weigh when it works best for you. Some people are motivated (or kept on track) by weighing every day - for others, it is counterproductive! You know yourself and your body. I'm sure that just weighing on Sundays will work for you!

Thanks for the support! My goal is 15 lbs off but even 10 will make me happy!

Please measure with tape. The scale doesn't tell the whole story.

FullaBella is right! Hate to have you lose motivation and quit because you lost inches and no pounds! 💕

good point david'sprincess. I am going to look for a tape measure today. I am also working on toning exercises for my abs so measuring would help.

Go Gail it is all about toning, they say muscle is heavier than fat.
