Woke at 226.8, up 1.6 from yesterday after a huge day of eating. Starting today with protein coffee and then will fast until 7 pm, when we will visit the Brazilian Steakhouse for our anniversary celebration. UPDATE: Holding onto all the water today. Just got down to 226.2 by 6 pm. Denise got me a large jar of deluxe mixed nuts as a gift. Will have to enjoy that sparingly! Heading out to dinner in a few minutes. Still seeing body fat dropping and lean mass increasing. So strange to see that happen so quickly.
