12 MONTH KETOVERSARY

* 1 OFF PLAN DAYS THIS MONTH (TOTAL 9)
* WEIGHT WAS 117
* IN PRE-MAINTENANCE working on EAT MORE
* Keeping in ketosis most days

* Met my weightloss goals and my life goals of getting in shape and moving more. I am running, swimming and biking now. And got back into yoga. All favourites of mine.

I started right after Canadian Thanksgiving last year. Still enjoying my keto eating. Made some keto pb cookies to celebrate this anniversary. Thanksgiving will be mostly keto but may overdo some root veggies if I find some good ones. Otherwise, I will continue as before

Thanks all. I may come across as dedicated but at this point I feel like I am just doing what I want to do. Yes, there are social situation where being keto does not work. And I have just run with it. For some people such situation may happen more often but I do not think that they will be an issue as long as you develop a strategy around how to deal with it. I have also trained my social group over time. They now know that I will say no thank you and just have coffee at many occasions and there is no fuzz around those choices. I am also very relieved, as I probably have said before, because at my age I thought this would be really hard but I lost weight faster than ever and without much hardship. So that is part of what is convincing me that what I am doing is right for my body. And what I really love is waking up early having coffee and just being able to enjoy the results of the fact that I had the right good foods for me the day before and my body just feel balanced. Thanks to you all. Being here and getting support from fellow dieters have been very helpful.
