Woke at 227.0, down 2.4 from yesterday after a good day of flushing water and black coffee through me. Flying to New York City today for an early meeting followed by a business lunch. Will be doing the lunch but a lot depends on what they serve. Will have a little more at home as necessary. Targeting about 1200 calories today as I did not adjust on Sunday. UPDATE: What a day to get my whoosh! I was doing pretty well, hitting restrooms at every possible opportunity in the airport, at the meeting site, at the restaurant. But I had a close call on my way home from the airport. Found a hotel to duck into. And then again as I walked in the door! Got to 223.0 for all my trouble! Ate a bit more than planned for dinner, so my adjustment will have to wait at least one more day.
