A close-minded one is usually sure about science. An open-minded one not so much. 

True Believers in Pseudo Science think that science is settled, particularly in areas that consensus hasn't been reached and that is hotly contested with competing points of view.  

Open minded means even using science to test out pseudoscience 💕  

Yep, sticking with the current science seems logical. Metabolic ward studies prove CICO when calories and protein are equated, until that changes, that is what I'm sticking to. Seems to be working. 

Cico is the only thing that works for weight loss, maintenance and gain 🧬
