Woke at 224.8, down 1.2 from yesterday. Working from home today so my calorie burn will not be high. Targeting 1525 calories, all at dinner. UPDATE: Weighed 224.0 after 5 pm. Actually got 2.7 miles in today by walking while on the phone and doing our laundry. UPDATE: Had a hard time getting to 100 grams of protein with brats, cheese, and sardines. Added a half scoop of protein powder to hit the number. Went a little nuts with the Parmesan cheese and blew my red wine calories. I made a command decision to go over my target calories with a big glass of red wine. I'll make up for it on Sunday. Going to the drags tomorrow, so I'll probably do lunch with my friends Dale and Ellen, who always have something tasty in their pit area.
