How's the fasting-mimicking process going? I've been on the road for the past two days, so it's been a bit challenging, but I've managed Okay - not super low cal, but definitely reduced - around 900, but I've been eating some meat.

Excellent! I can't say that I'm following this protocol, but I am doing a week of reducing everything - sort of a calorie reduction while maintaining ketosis. Good work on following through with the fasting-mimicking!
