Up 2 pounds this morning. I was up 1.8 and thought if I just went back to bed I'd wake up lighter- instead gained another 0.2 so said fuck it and came downstairs for some toast with peanut butter. That's how this day is starting off. I knew I felt heavy 2 days ago- I just had it on the wrong day. :)

Gotta be water then I’d think. Cussing the scale or sticking my tongue out at it helps me lol. Either blow of some irritated steam or make myself feel silly so I don’t give a crap until the next morning.

Thanks- Steven Lloyd- everything I do on FS is belated. I never see anyone I am following.😉🤷♂️ I actually went up a couple pounds and just got back to this weight again today so...we'll see what happens tomorrow.
