Jumped on the scale the other day and was excited about the 164.1 weigh in. Then got on it again after gearing up for duty, and was shocked 190. Never realized how much my gear adds. I have not used a fitness tracker to monitor calories burned while at work. I might consider it. I'm curious to see how much I burn. Sitting in my vehicle won't help with steps lol. But I'm curious to see what I burn. Getting my new Samsung Watch soon, maybe I'll use that and give it a go for duty. I would hate to break it though.

Not a great food day, but got in a great workout. Eating wasn't terrible, but could be better. Still feeling great! Was able to do 3 pyramid sets of burpees with only 30 seconds rest between sets.(8,6,4,2, repeat 3x's) I can't stand burpees! :(

But was able to rock them out without issue, and jump right into weight training.

Duty belt needs to come in about an inch now. NICE! :)
