Sticking to keto was difficult - no lie, at the end of the day (with no or very few food labels) I had to go with either how full I felt (+30 minutes post-meal) or use a small plate/bowl.
My youngest daughter is ending her last year of teaching at a private school in Qingdao. They both will (more than likely) move down south, to Sanmen.

bonny99, it was very clean and quite beautiful - walked all over and would (probably) go back; but SIL and baby girl are following HIS job down south, south of Ningbo in the summer
