100% RDI 1802 calories avg for April so far
I guess they are using a human for calculating the percentages shown in the pie chart on the month view of my Diet Calendar vs formulas in a spreadsheet because:
My calcs show my percentages as - 40% Fat 30% Protein 30% Carbs FS calcs show my percentages as - 49% Fat 22% Protein 29% Carbs
Sounds fishy!!!
>> Patting myself on the back for 20 day of logging and will continue. >> Patting myself on the back for sitting in McDonalds yesterday morning while all ate breakfast except for me. I read a book on my app Kindle instead.
Fasting is no different than only eating a meal with a certain macro or eating a meal with a total calorie count. It's all about discipline and self control which for the most part the lack thereof is what brought me to FS and discipline and self control of food choices and quantities is what I am working hard on towards getting me healthy again.
Moving on. Happy Easter!!

You are doing so well. That is a pretty big gap on fat and protein. Wonder what is happening there?
