5 lbs in less than a month. I guess this is what stress and not practicing self care will do. Had MIL with Alz here at our house for 5 days while FIL was in hospital. Hubby had knee replacement on Thursday and now has Traumatic Cellulitis. I hate the way I feel.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
