I don't love it. Most people who love it talk about it all the time. Just a thought.

I only use it as a tool to limit calories. If you have a shorter window in which to eat, odds are you'll eat less. :) Any other claimed benefits I will just smile and nod at and do my usual skeptic routine.

I don't love it! But, I'm trying to incorporate it a few days a week to shake things up a little. So far, it worked the first couple of times. But, not I just get hungry on the days I do it and feel like over-eating when it comes time for me to eat. I have to be extra careful those days not to exceed my calorie limit for the day. I'm probably not doing it right.

I think shaking things up is good. Try to find what works for you

After a while, To145, you're stomach gets used to not eating. So only doing it a few days a week won't give you that. I just don't get hungry now, for the most part, until mid-afternoon. But it takes getting used to. Consistency is the key.

It is also OK not to fast. If that works better for you

I used to intermittently fast 16/8. It was a ver effect tool. I didn’t change the amount I ate, I just ate more in a smaller window. It was very effective, but for other health reasons not associated with weight loss I stopped. It’s a helpful tool, but it isn’t necessary.

I don't love it too! And @To145, same! that's why I have not done it in a couple months. maybe ONE day a week I can tolerate. NOT three like I was.
