Woke at 232.6, up 1.2 from yesterday. OK, this one was puzzling and disappointing. Started the day with protein coffee and have not eaten as of 3 pm. Probably will continue until dinner, as I'm not hungry. Denise is making pork chops with sauerkraut. Should have plenty of meal prep for this week, as there is a lot of meatloaf left, too! Back to work tomorrow for the first time in over a month! Gonna be busy! UPDATE: Got back to 231.4 before dinner, so at least I held even with yesterday. I want those 220s! (Soon to be followed by 2-teens, and eventually, back to the 2-0s).
