Day 1 of a planned 5 day ‘no solid food’ fast

Its going to rain for the next three days, so my plan to 🏃🏾 run each day is 'toast' 💔☹
So, I plan to work out with my 🏋🏾 weights at home for the next three days. I want to shed pounds, but, when I ‘no solid food’ fast, but I don’t exercise hard, I tend to just ‘maintain’. Yes, this is better than gaining, but, it is not my ‘desire’.
However, the 🌧 weather in Los Angeles is not cooperating (sigh).
I am not going to feel sorry for myself. I am grateful that at 175 pounds I am no longer ‘fat’ just 10 pounds over my BMI weight. I don’t look fat because I have built up so much 💪🏾 muscle and definition over the past 9 months. I really have nothing to complain about.
